My role combined creative direction, business strategy, and hands-on execution to build a brand that connected with outdoor enthusiasts nationwide. Responsibilities & Deliverables Brand Management & Creative Direction: Oversaw all branding efforts, from visual identity to voice and positioning across platforms. Apparel & Product Design: Designed lifestyle apparel and accessories aligned with the brand’s adventurous spirit. Directed manufacturing, sourcing, and production from concept to delivery. Website Oversight: Managed the REEL online store, ensuring seamless e-commerce functionality and brand consistency throughout the site. Sales & Business Development: Pitched and secured retail partnerships with both local boutiques and national retailers. Media & Promotions: Secured a promotional deal with a nationally televised travel and fishing program, with hosts actively promoting the brand across TV and digital platforms. Collaborations & Events: Coordinated live events, trade shows, and collaborations with companies and influencers to expand visibility and drive engagement.
