

Client Overview: Special Olympics Nevada Industry: Nonprofit / Sports & Education Project Type: Graphic Design, Creative Consulting & Event Branding Project Scope Special Olympics Nevada brought me on as their in-house Graphic Designer and Creative Consultant under a year-by-year contract to lead the development of visual materials for programs, events, and initiatives statewide. My role supported their mission through impactful, inclusive design that spanned digital, print, and apparel. Responsibilities & Deliverables Apparel & Promotional Design: Designed custom event apparel and promotional products for statewide events and campaigns. Print & Digital Collateral: Created all collateral for events, educational programs, and marketing—ranging from flyers, banners, and signage to social media graphics and website assets. Event Branding: Worked with teams across Nevada to develop cohesive visuals for regional and statewide events, ensuring each activation aligned with brand standards and community goals. Educational Materials: Collaborated with outreach teams to design student-facing materials, including learning packets, presentation slides, and curriculum visuals for Special Olympics education initiatives. Sponsorship Support: Designed pitch decks, presentations, and branded materials for use with sponsors and financial partners. Creative Consulting: Advised teams throughout the state on event branding and visual strategy to maintain consistency and elevate impact. Goal To deliver inclusive, inspiring design solutions that elevated Special Olympics Nevada’s mission, engaged communities across the state, and provided clear, accessible communication for events, education, and partnership initiatives.
